Sometimes its hard to find a light, yet filling dinner as the cooler temperatures roll in, and this salad does just that. I highly recommend adding the chicken if you have it for dinner. It is light, savory, and satisfying.
If you are a Chipotle Sage fan you can swap the Tandoori for Chipotle.

INGREDIENTS
2 Fuji Apples (sliced then cut into thirds or cubed)
2 tbsp Sweet Onion (thinly sliced)
3 tbsp Raisins
3 tbsp Slivered Almonds
3 tbsp Picnic Tandoori Garlic
1 tsp Olive Oil
0 Greens (optional)
0 Rotisserie Chicken, shredded (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Slice apples & onions. Place sliced apples & onions in a medium bowl with raisins & almonds. Add Picnic Tandoori Garlic Spread and Olive Oil, mix until coated. If you choose to add chicken: Shred 1/2 a rotisserie and add to ingredients. Add an additional 2 tbsp's Picnic Tandoori Garlic and 1 tsp. olive oil.
