Tandoori Wraps with Cilantro Slaw
1 Rotisserie Chicken (pulled)
Slivered Almonds (optional)
Green Onions (sliced)
4 cups Green Cabbage (finely shredded)
1 Jalapeño (thinly sliced)
1/2 cup White Onion (thinly sliced)
1/2 cup Cilantro (chopped)
3/4 cup Crema, Labneh (or Greek Yogurt)
1 tbsp Lime juice
1 tsp Fine Sea Salt
Whisk together dressing ingredients. Set to side.
Toss finely shredded cabbage, thinly sliced jalapeño, thinly sliced onion, and chopped cilantro in a bowl.
Toss slaw and dressing.
Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
Stir Tandoori Garlic into pulled chicken.
Assemble wraps with Tandoori Chicken, slaw, and choice of toppings.
