If you want the creamy delicious texture of a grilled cheese but cold, this is your sandwich.
Triple Cream Cheese (I used Fromager d’Affinois)
3 tablespoons Picnic Herbed Goat Cheese
1 medium Tomato
1 cup Salad Greens (arugula shown here)
Slice baguette for a sandwich.
Place a couple slices (or schmears) of triple cream cheese on one side of baguette and Picnic Herbed Goat Cheese on the other.
Slice tomato and place over triple cream.
Top with arugula.
Sandwich together and enjoy!
