Peaches & Herb

These little nuggets are an absolute delight for your guests. You can do them without the grilling, but it really brings out the sweet flavor of the peaches. Also, you can use early season peaches and they will be sweet!


1 Baguette

1/2 - 1 Peach per person - not super ripe, a firmer peach actually works better for this recipe

Picnic Herbed Goat Cheese

Flakey Sea Salt


Slice baguette and lightly toast in oven.

Place toasted baguette slices on platter, and put a schmear of Picnic Herb Goat Cheese on each slice.

Pre-heat grill. I’ve also cooked them inside in a cast iron pan.

Slice peaches about 1/4” thick and brush lightly with olive oil.

Grill peaches until they just start getting soft. I highly recommend using a vegetable grill so they don’t slip through the grill, these little buggers are small and slippery.

Move peaches directly from grill onto baguette slices with Herbed Goat Cheese.

Sprinkle flakey sea salt over peaches on platter.
