Ours spreads are excellent on crackers, bread, fruit, & vegetables, but there are many other ways you can get creative with them. Here are some of our favorite ways you can use our Moroccan Cilantro spread:
Sandwiches: A plain'ol turkey sandwich goes from "ho-hum" to "amazing" with a schemer of Moroccan Cilantro. Some bibb lettuce & thinly sliced red onion will make you the
"gourmet" in your neighborhood.
Remember: A hamburger is technically a sandwich. Use Moroccan Cilantro instead of mayonnaise, mustard, & ketchup to add a unique, fresh flavor profile.
Top Moroccan Cilantro over seafood! Family fish favorites are crab cakes, swordfish, scallops, & salmon. Use like a compound butter, put a dollop on your choice of seafood.
Lamb & Moroccan cilantro make a fabulous pair; use with grilled lamb, "lamburgers",
or merquez sausage.
Roasted Vegetables: After roasting, toss hot vegetables with a tablespoon or two of Moroccan Cilantro, stir through with a splash of olive oil. Our house favorite is roasted carrots with Moroccan Cilantro. These can be served immediately or room temperature.
